Let the expertise of Daniel Zivatovic (physiotherapist and movement coach) @denchija and Ola Daniewska (OM founder and osteopath) @om_hackney guide you through daily movement sessions, morning breathwork, and Qi Gong practices that will leave you feeling reconnected and revitalized.
Our sanctuary is El Cachete, a 150-year-old farmhouse nestled in 80 acres of peaceful olive groves. Sustainably designed, it features solar-heated water, a private well, and vegetarian meals prepared with seasonal, organic, and local ingredients.
Breathe in the mountain air during your practices, unwind by the pool, and restore your balance with the on-site sauna and ice plunge.
