Brand new 10 week long (and beyond!) programme! Suitable for beginners and intermediates.
It focuses on handstand development, pulling and pushing strength, together with lower body flexibility and strength. Four full body sessions per week, using minimal equipment. Rings/pull-up bar needed, weights optional but recommended.
